What IQFood is
IQFood is a nutrition and metabolism tracking app: you log meals, weight, and daily check-ins, and the app computes personalized estimates of how your body responds. By creating an account or using the app or this website you agree to these terms. Joining the website waitlist only means we may email you about the launch; you can opt out anytime, and we may change, delay, or cancel the launch at our discretion.
Not medical advice
IQFood describes and forecasts — it does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. The glucose, insulin, ketone, energy, and related curves are model-based estimates computed from what you log, not measurements, and can differ from your real physiology. IQFood is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions, and never disregard medical advice because of something shown in the app.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to use IQFood. Keep your credentials safe: you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information — the estimates are only as good as what you enter.
Subscription and trial
New accounts start with a free trial; after it ends, continued access to premium features requires a subscription purchased through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Play Store subscription settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices are shown before purchase. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights for EU consumers are unaffected; refunds are otherwise handled per Google Play policy.
Your content
You own what you log and post. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service — including showing your stories and messages to the connections you shared them with. Stories expire 24 hours after posting.
Acceptable use
Do not use IQFood to post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, to impersonate others, to harass, or to interfere with the service (including scraping or reverse engineering). We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Coaches
Coaches on IQFood are independent — they are not our employees and we do not supervise their advice. Sharing your data with a coach is your choice, controlled by a grant you can revoke in the app at any time.
Termination
You can stop using IQFood and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where required by law.
Intellectual property
The app, the website, and their content (other than what you create) are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and EU consumers keep all mandatory statutory rights.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use IQFood after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
