Quick answers
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This removes your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can also request deletion by email.
- Your data: to access, export, or correct your data, email us — we handle GDPR requests within the legal deadlines. What we collect and why is in thePrivacy Policy.
- Phone verification: verifying your phone number is optional. If the verification SMS doesn't arrive in your region, email us and we'll help.
- Report content or a user: use the in-app Report and Block controls (long-press a message or open a profile), or email us with a screenshot.
- Health data & estimates: IQFood's metabolic curves are model-based estimates from what you log — not medical measurements or advice. For medical decisions, consult a qualified professional.
